Opal DeFi Terms and Conditions

1. Use of Opal DeFi:

1.1. Opal DeFi provides decentralized financial services, including but not limited to lending, borrowing, and trading of crypto assets.

1.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using Opal DeFi.

1.3. Opal DeFi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied.

2. User Responsibilities:

2.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and private keys. Opal DeFi is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or loss of funds due to your negligence.

2.2. You must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities when using Opal DeFi.

2.3. You must not use Opal DeFi for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorist financing.

3. Risks:

3.1. You acknowledge that using decentralized finance protocols involves inherent risks, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, market volatility, and regulatory changes.

3.2. Opal DeFi does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee any returns on your investments.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1. All intellectual property rights in Opal DeFi, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, belong to Opal DeFi or its licensors.

4.2. You must not use Opal DeFi's intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Privacy:

5.1. Opal DeFi respects your privacy and will only collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5.2. By using Opal DeFi, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opal DeFi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Opal DeFi.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York.

7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.

8.2. By continuing to use Opal DeFi after any modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.

9. Severability:

9.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement:

10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Opal DeFi regarding your use of Opal DeFi, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By using Opal DeFi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Opal DeFi.
